Welcome to ToursChiangRai.com (operated by Twin Tour & Travel Co Ltd.) Because we dedicate a private SUV, 7-Seater or VIP Van and a TAT-Certified local English-speaking guide exclusively to you, cancellations heavily impact our schedule.

Please read our reservation policies carefully before completing your secure Stripe payment checkout:-

Cancellation & Refund Timeline

48 Hours or More Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour pickup time will receive a full refund, minus a 4-5% administrative and credit card processing fee (to cover non-refundable merchant gateway charges).

Less than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time, or failure to show up at the designated hotel lobby, are 100% non-refundable.

Changes To Your Booking

You may request changes to your tour date or hotel pickup location up to 24 hours before departure at no extra cost, subject to vehicle and guide availability. Please message us directly via WhatsApp to adjust your schedule.

Force Majeure & Weather Conditions

Northern Thailand rainy season experiences occasional severe weather, road closures, or flooding along the routes to Chiang Rai’s attrations. If we must cancel your tour due to unsafe conditions, you will receive the option to reschedule to a different date or a 100% full refund with zero transaction deductions.

How Refunds Are Processed

All approved refunds are initiated instantly via our secure payment processor, Stripe. The funds will be automatically routed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay etc). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the balance to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
